Phyllis Nelson EDH
was born in Glasgow and educated at Kingspark Secondary School. After graduating from Glasgow Dental School in 1990, she joined the practice and worked as our principal Hygienist until the birth of her son Phillip in 1993. After a short maternity break, Phyllis returned to the practice late in 1993.
Debbie Coulter Dip DH Rsc
was born in Glasgow and educated in Ayr. After graduating from Glasgow Dental School in 2001 she joined the practice as a hygienist. This was a case of "Welcome back" as her previous job had been as a dental nurse in the practice.
Nicola Walsh Dip DH Rsc
joined our team is August 2006. Born and educated in Renfrewshire, Nicola trained as a dental hygienist at Glasgow Dental Hospital alongside Debbie Coulter. She graduated in December 2001.
Phyllis,Debbie and Nicola combine to guide and help you achieve optimum gum and tooth health through regular cleaning (scaling) polishing and dietary advice. Demonstrations on toothbrushing techniques, either with manual or electric brushes where appropriate and the use of floss, dental tape and interdental brushes for cleaning in between teeth can also be shown. Your immediate needs will be assessed and a medium and longterm oral hygiene maintenance programme developed to suit your particular needs. A wide range of selected dental products are available from the prcatice to help you maintain gum and tooth health.
