Cost effective dental care based on a long term individual care strategy

FORECAST-DEN CARE
In an exciting new concept in dental care based on annual Forecast where you decide, in consultation with your dentist, which items of treatment you are likely to undergo in the course of a year.

The amount of treatment estimated depends on your decay rate, standard of oral hygeine and the condition of your teeth, gums and existing dental work.

PREVENTION
Forecast -Den is based on prevention, helping you to plan ahead by identifying areas of potential dental problems before they develop.

WHAT TREATMENT IS COVERED?
All treatment carried out by your dentist and hygienist is included under the terms of Forecast-Den.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
The cost is based on the annual assessment of the amount of dental treatment likely to be undertaken and is paid by monthly direct debit.

WHAT IF I REQUIRE MORE TREATMENT THAN FORECAST?
If the cost of treatment carried out during the year is more than assessed you may either pay the balance outstanding or carry this amount forward to your new direct debit on the anniversary of your forecast.

WHAT IF I NEED LESS TREATMENT THAN FORECAST?
If the cost of treatment is less than assessed for the year you may either receive a cheque in your favour or offset the difference against your new direct debit.

WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?
You are expected to attend your dentist and hygienist, if recommended, for the treatment outlined in the annual forecast. You are strongly advisd to attend for regular examinations, normally six months after your initial forecast and during the anniversary month of your forecast.
